1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information aisocialmediamanager.lol ("we", "us") collects when you use the service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, the content studio, the calendar, connected social accounts and your workspaces.

2. Information we collect

We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

• Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile image URL and the Google account identifier.
• Workspace data: workspace names, member roles, brand voice rules, templates and approval history.
• Content data: the briefs you write, the drafts the studio generates, the media you attach and the posts you approve.
• Connected account data: the network, the profile or page you authorized, and the scoped access tokens issued by that network. We never receive or store your social network passwords.
• Subscription data: your plan, billing interval, subscription status and identifiers issued by our payment processor. Full card numbers never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

We use this information to create and secure your account, to generate drafts you request, to publish and schedule posts to the accounts you connected, to read back per-post analytics, to meter usage against your plan, to process subscription payments, to answer support requests, to detect abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Connected social accounts

Publishing happens through each network’s official authorization flow. We store scoped tokens, refresh them when needed, and use them only to publish on your behalf and to read the performance of posts you published through us.

You can disconnect any account at any time from workspace settings. Disconnecting revokes our access and cancels queued posts for that network.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember calendar views and workspace preferences, and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Clearing them signs you out.

6. Service providers

We share limited data with the providers that make the service work. Each processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes described here.

• Google — sign-in and account identity.
• Stripe — subscription billing, invoices and payment method handling.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — running the application and storing workspace, content and billing records.
• Social networks — receiving the posts you approve for publishing.

7. Retention

We keep account, workspace and billing records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, tax, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Drafts, calendar history and analytics remain available until you delete them or close the workspace. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, scoped credentials and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we store to reduce the impact of any incident.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
