Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of aisocialmediamanager.lol (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a social account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for activity that happens inside your workspaces.

Workspace owners decide who joins, what role they hold, and which social accounts the workspace may publish to. You must not share workspace access with people outside your organization without a review link.

3. Connected accounts

You may connect only social accounts you are authorized to publish to, including client accounts where you hold written permission. You remain responsible for complying with each network’s own terms, including its automation, disclosure and advertising rules.

We may suspend publishing to a connection if a network revokes access, reports abuse, or if we detect activity that violates these terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the briefs, media, drafts and posts you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, generate drafts from, publish and measure that content on your behalf.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including claims about your products, use of third-party media, and any required disclosures.

5. AI-generated drafts

The studio generates drafts automatically from your brief and your brand voice rules. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so reviewing drafts before publishing is your responsibility. We do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement or conversion outcome.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Taxes are charged where required.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our refund policy. In short: contact us within 14 days of a charge if the Service did not work as described, and we will review the request in good faith.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, deceptive content, malware or unlawful material.
• Impersonate a person or brand you do not represent.
• Publish to accounts you are not authorized to manage.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits or plan restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, resell or overload the Service or its API.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Networks, APIs and infrastructure can fail. Publishing retries automatically, and support is available at support@aisocialmediamanager.lol.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if an account is used to abuse networks or other users. On termination we delete or de-identify your data subject to the retention rules in the privacy policy.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
